Time to put ideas on to paper!

Another meeting will be organised with our draftsman where I will also be present. The ideas we developed will be explained along with any other further thoughts you have had. Once the draftsman has an understanding of what you want, in the case of a renovation or addition some measurements will be taken and he will go away and turn them into plans.

I will come and meet you at your home at a time that best suits you. We can discuss your ideas and I can help to develop them using my experience to maximise the outcome for you. An idea of your available budget is necessary at this point to enable us to maximise what we can do for you.

Pricing!

We put a lot of time and effort into our pricing. We want you to understand exactly what is included in the price. To do this we provide you with a detailed specification list detailing exactly what works and materials are included. We provide you with allowance prices for all prime cost and provisional sum items. The clearer you are about understanding what you are getting reduces the risk of blowing your budget throughout the building process.
